Enrolling a New Student at Forest Vista Elementary

 

For New Students to Forest Vista Elementary...

 

 Please go onto Enroll.lisd.net to enroll your incoming student.

 

Once you complete your online registration, contact our attendance clerk via email at GreenKristin@lisd.net and provide her with your name, the student name(s), grade entering, and your contact information.  When the school reopens in mid-August, she will contact you and ask you bring up to school the following required documents: 

DOCUMENTS TO BE BROUGHT TO THE CAMPUS TO REGISTER:

• Child’s original birth certificate
• Child’s Social Security card (if child has one)
• Up-to-date immunization records
• Proof of residence: current water, gas, or electricity bill, or lease showing utilities paid
• Parent photo identification
• Current Report card (if coming from outside LISD)
